  • In general yarn has different amounts of dye in the fibers, in addition to that the variegated yarns will be different depending on where they start in the strand.  Sometimes monitors will display the color of an item differently, when compared to its real-life counterpart.

  • The easiest way to resolve this is to contact us directly, after that we can discuss what we are able to do.

  • Head over to the "Custom Order” Shop section and fill out the form!

  • Items made to order may not come from the same dye lot as the original, and handmade items will vary in small ways. Your order will look like what you’ve seen, but with its own, unique quirks!

  • Use our Contact field and let us know! If that item is still available, we can certainly see about getting it to you - If you’re far away, that may include shipping costs, but if you’re local we may be able to arrange a pickup.

  • We do take custom orders, so send us a message on our Contact form and if we can do what you’re looking for, we’ll let you know!

  • While we use safety eyes that anchor behind the yarn, they are still small and plastic, and we cannot guarantee a little one wouldn’t find a way to rip one out.
    Plushes labeled with Felt or Embroidered eyes (searchable in our store!) are well-suited to smaller children, while all plushes are perfect for older children (and adults!)

  • The yarn we use is primarily acrylic, and sometimes cotton.  The stuffing is polyfill and is hypoallergenic.

  • SOON! We’re working with pattern makers across the US and are developing a small pattern catalogue, some free and some for purchase!
